beginning at 1pm CET time, we will be doing a technical maintenance on our infrastructure components. During this time, you may experience the following temporary outcomes: 1. Slower loading times of Kameleoon Application (app.kameleoon.com) 2. Inability to edit and publish campaigns 3. Inability to preview and simulate campaigns
While we will be working to minimize the amount of time our customers are impacted, we anticipate this work will take up to 6 hours to complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our uptime rate and the performance of our application tools.
Please note that this maintenance does not concern engine components. So, all campaigns that have already been published and served on your website will not be impacted. Our support teams are ready to answer any questions you may have and you can drop us an email at support@kameleoon.com.
