Overview: Over the weekend, our platform experienced instability, primarily due to infrastructure issues affecting the Product Recommendation solution.
Impact: Services were partially affected from Saturday to Monday, resulting in a loss of statistics for the 31st of March on recommender blocks and delays in new updates and the import of product feeds. However, most operations continued without interruption.
Resolution: Our team resolved the underlying issue Monday morning and is actively working to stabilize this area of our infrastructure while enhancing monitoring for other services.
