We are continuing to investigate the infrastructure instability currently affecting the platform.
Our latest findings indicate that the issue is related to our ClickHouse clusters across multiple regions. The root cause has not yet been fully confirmed, and our teams are actively working on mitigation and stability improvements.
While the underlying root cause has not yet been resolved, some users may continue to experience degraded performance or intermittent issues when accessing reporting, results, and other data-related features.
